Message your coach first, inside the app or by reply to one of their emails. Tell them what happened. Most refund questions are really a fixable problem, and your coach would rather fix it than lose you.
What usually happens
Common patterns coaches land on
- If you genuinely never started, never logged in, and you are still inside the first week, most coaches will refund cleanly.
- If you trained for part of the period and life changed, many coaches will pro rate.
- If you used the coaching and changed your mind, a refund is less likely. Coaching is care that was already delivered.
