The basics, in plain language.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Marrow is run by Marrow Fitness LLC, Miami Beach, Florida. In these terms "Marrow", "we" and "us" mean Marrow Fitness LLC. "You" means the person or business using Marrow.

These terms cover marrowfitness.com, the Marrow app, the branded apps and websites Marrow builds for coaches and gyms, and every account on them. By creating an account or using Marrow you agree to these terms. If you are signing up for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

Three other documents sit alongside these terms and are part of your agreement with us:

2. Who can use Marrow

Marrow is for adults. You must be 18 or older. When you sign up we ask you to confirm that, and we do not ask for your date of birth. Marrow refuses a date of birth under 18 on a client record, and shows a coach every record that already carries one. If we learn that someone under 18 holds an account, we close it.

Marrow has four kinds of account:

Every coach on Marrow is verified against a real credential before they are listed anywhere. There is no unverified listing. If a credential lapses or was not real, the listing comes down.

3. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your login. Keep your sign in details to yourself, and tell us straight away through the contact page if you think someone else has used your account.

Give us accurate details and keep them current. One person, one account, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Plans and prices

Marrow has three paid plans. All prices are in US dollars, billed monthly, and each includes the branded member app.

Members do not pay Marrow a subscription. Members pay their coach or gym, and Marrow processes that payment (section 7).

A Head Coach sets a monthly team fee that each coach on their team pays the head coach. That fee is money between coaches. It is not a Marrow price, and the head coach chooses the number, including zero.

A gym with more than one location pays $500 for each one.

5. Billing, pause, cancellation and late payment

• Billing is monthly, in advance, on the card you give Stripe at checkout. Marrow never sees your full card number.
• Your subscription price is not raised inside a billing period. We give at least 60 days written notice before any price change takes effect.
• You can pause your subscription for up to 90 days at a time, and you can pause more than once.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. If you come back later, you join at the price that applies on that date.
• If a payment is 14 days past due, access is paused until it is settled.
• If a Solo Coach joins a gym on Marrow, the Solo Coach subscription ends at the end of its current period. No part of it is refunded.

6. The 12 month price lock

If we raise a price, you keep the price you are paying for 12 months from the day the increase is announced. This is a standing policy and we honour it as a term of this agreement.

• It holds the subscription price of the plan you are on when the increase is announced. It is not a lifetime rate.
• If you move yourself to a different plan, you pay that plan's current price from the date of the change and the lock resets.
• It is price protection only. It is not a commitment, it creates no minimum term and it does not stop you cancelling.
• It covers the subscription price only, never the platform fee.

7. The platform fee and payments

Marrow's platform fee is 8 percent, flat, on every payment Marrow processes. On a $200 a month member charge the fee is $16, and the figure is shown on your screen each time. The fee is not charged on your own subscription price.

It applies to member membership charges, session packs, class tickets and packages, seminars and templates, tips, late cancel and no show fees, and the monthly team fee a head coach charges each coach on their team.

Stripe's processing fee is separate and comes on top. Stripe sets its own rates and we do not control them.

What runs on Marrow. Inside a Head Coach team and inside a Gym, team fees and member payments that are shared between the business and its coaches run on Marrow. That is a condition of those plans, stated here so it is known at signup and not discovered at the first charge. A Gym may collect member payments through its own payment system. In that case Marrow bills the 8 percent platform service fee to the Gym's payment method on file on the last day of each calendar month, Eastern time, calculated on the recorded plan price of each member who was active with the Gym for the whole month. Members the Gym records as paused, cancelled or refunded during the month are excluded, and a member whose membership payment Marrow processed that month is not counted again. Marrow sends the Gym a statement at least three days before the charge.

Payouts. Coaches and gyms are paid through Stripe Connect on their own connected Stripe account. Stripe's terms apply to that account. Marrow does not hold your money.

Late cancel and no show fees. A coach or gym may set a cancellation window and a fee for late cancels and no shows. It is off by default. A member sees the window and the fee before booking, and the fee is charged only to a card the member saved and agreed to use for those fees.

Tips. Members may tip a coach. Tips are optional, never required and never pre selected.

8. Refunds

Once a subscription charge has been made, that billing period is not refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us through the contact page and we will review it.

Payments a member makes to a coach or gym through Marrow follow that coach's or gym's own stated refund policy. Marrow does not refund on a coach's or gym's behalf without their instruction.

9. Members

As a member you get one app in your coach's or gym's brand: your sessions, your programme, your bookings, your nutrition guidance, your progress and your payments in one place.

Your coach is the one coaching you. Marrow is the tool. What your coach programmes, writes, sends or charges is your coach's own, and your agreement about the training itself is with your coach or gym.

Health waiver. You accept a waiver yourself, in your own Marrow account, on the web or in the app. A coach cannot accept it for you. It says, in short, that exercise carries risk, that you are responsible for training within your own limits and medical advice, and that you will tell your coach about injuries, conditions and changes. Read it. It is part of your agreement with us and with your coach.

Forms your coach sends. A coach's liability waiver, health screen, media release and informed consent are signed by the client, or the trainer, themselves, in their own Marrow account. A coach never signs them for you. A signature taken in person on the coach's device is marked as taken in person, and it is not accepted for any of those four forms.

Price changes. If your coach or gym raises what you pay, the new price bills only after you accept it in Marrow. Until you accept, your current price continues, and your coach or gym may cancel your plan instead. A lower price applies straight away, and you are told.

Your own choices. You say yes to texts yourself, in your Marrow account, and you can take it back at any time. Texts about your training and sessions, and offers and news, are two separate choices, and saying yes is never a condition of training with your coach. Your coach's AI sees your record by name only after you agree in your own account. Until then it sees you only as part of anonymous counts. Messages you and your coach exchange in Marrow belong to your coach's account and can reach that assistant either way. You can change any of these in Settings at any time.

Leaving your coach. You can leave a coach's roster or close your account at any time (section 20).

10. Head Coach teams and gyms

Who owns the member relationship.

When a coach leaves a gym or a team, gym members stay with the gym and are moved to another coach by the owner. A coach's own private clients, the ones the coach brought and bills directly, leave with the coach. A coach keeps a copy of their own programming work when they go.

Trainers under a gym. A gym's plan covers every trainer at the location. The gym owner adds and removes trainers, sees the floor, and can switch a trainer's access off. Trainers agree to these terms when they accept the invitation.

Gym share of trainer revenue. A gym may set a fee template that gives the gym a share of what a trainer earns through Marrow. The share is worked out after Marrow's fee, is shown to the trainer, and never touches tips or on demand sales.

Head Coach team fee. The team fee is collected on Marrow from each team coach and paid to the head coach, less the 8 percent. The head coach may comp any coach.

11. Coaching, health and safety

Marrow is coaching infrastructure. We are not a medical provider, we do not diagnose or treat anything, and nothing on Marrow is medical advice.

Coaches and gyms are responsible for the legal compliance of their training relationships, including licensing, insurance and any health practitioner rules where they operate. You confirm you hold what your jurisdiction requires.

No AI grading of form. Marrow never scores or grades a member's movement automatically. Where a coach uses the movement tool, the coach watches the video and writes every note. An AI assistant may draft for a coach; it never decides.

12. Messages from your coach or gym

Coaches and gyms can message the people they train through Marrow. The channels are a message in the member's Marrow inbox, a push notification that announces it, and email, and a coach may also send a text from the coach's own connected texting number, as set out under Texts and WhatsApp below.

• The coach is the sender. Marrow delivers the message and keeps the record. A person presses send inside Marrow, the coach says yes to that exact message through an AI assistant connected to their Marrow account, or the coach has set a standing approval in advance. A connected AI assistant sends a message only after the coach has seen it and said yes to it.
• Permission is per channel. A message goes out on a channel only where a consent record exists for that person, on that channel, for that kind of message. Permission to text comes only from the member, in their own Marrow account. A texting permission a coach recorded for a member sends nothing until the member confirms it.
• Gym visitors. When a gym adds someone who visited or asked about it, Marrow sends that person one email asking them to confirm. Nothing else goes to them until they confirm it themselves.
• Quiet hours and caps. Push notifications and emails are held to 8am to 9pm in the member's own local time and are capped per person and per account each day. A message due in quiet hours waits. It is deferred, not dropped.
• Opting out. A member can withdraw permission for any channel at any time, in their Marrow account settings, by replying STOP to a text, through the opt out in the message where it carries one, or through the contact page. A withdrawal is recorded permanently.
• The record. Every consent, withdrawal and send is recorded, and consent records are never edited or deleted.

Coaches and gyms are responsible for what their messages say. The words are theirs, and section 19 applies to them.

Texts and WhatsApp. Marrow's own business number never texts you for a coach. A coach can connect their own texting number, on their own Twilio account, and a text goes from that number only after the coach has read it and said yes to it, and only where a permission record covers you for texts from that coach. That permission is one you give yourself, in your Marrow account, and you can take it back there at any time. A permission your coach recorded for you sends nothing until you confirm it. Quiet hours and caps apply to texts too, and replying STOP to the coach's number ends texts from it. A gym can connect its own Twilio account and its own WhatsApp number on its Connections page. Through that number a gym can answer you on WhatsApp, and only after you have messaged the gym there first. A gym can also save a Twilio texting number, but nothing in Marrow sends a text from it today.

13. Nutrition and meal plans

A coach on Marrow can give a member macro ranges, principles, and a full meal plan the coach has written.

• Every plan is general fitness guidance from the coach. It is not medical or dietetic advice and it does not treat any condition.
• The coach authors the plan and is responsible for it. Marrow is the tool it is delivered on.
• A plan opens for a member only after the member answers a question about allergies and medical conditions and accepts the plan's terms on its card.
• If anything in a plan is wrong for you, tell your coach before you follow it. Anything involving a medical condition belongs with a doctor or a registered dietitian.

Marrow does not police food. Guidance is shown as inside or outside a range, never as blame.

14. Community content

Be respectful. No abuse, harassment, hate, sexual content, or threats. Posts that break these rules can be reported, hidden and removed, and people who break them can be blocked or removed. Marrow has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Report anything through the Report button or support.

These rules are the same text you accept inside the app before you post. Communities live inside a coach's or gym's account and are never public.

15. Text messaging program (SMS) for Marrow's own number

Program name. Marrow Fitness messaging.

What it is. When you text or call Marrow Fitness at our published business number, 786 833 7303, you agree to receive conversational text messages from us at the number you contacted us from. This is a two way, reply based program. We use it to answer your question, return a missed call, and help you with your account. We do not send marketing or promotional text blasts, and we do not message you unless you have texted or called us first.

Message frequency. Frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.

Opt out and help. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not close your account or stop the transactional notices you need, such as receipts and security alerts.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile number, your text messages, or your SMS opt in data and consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Support. Use the contact page or text our business number, 786 833 7303.

16. Connected accounts and AI assistants

Marrow lets a coach or gym connect accounts they already hold elsewhere.

• The account, the key and the vendor relationship are yours. You choose the vendor, you pay the vendor, and the vendor's terms and data settings are yours to accept and manage. Marrow has no agreement with that vendor and does not resell it.
• Marrow stores the credentials you give it encrypted, shows you only the last few characters afterwards, and uses them only to do what you connected them for.
• You can disconnect at any time from your console or dashboard, and access ends at once. Marrow can disable every connection at once if it must.
• A connected AI assistant can read and draft. It sends a message, publishes a page, moves money or changes a price only in two steps: Marrow first shows the coach or gym exactly what will happen, and the assistant acts only after they say yes to that. It never does any of these on its own.
• A coach's assistant sees a member by name only after the coach switches on Client profiles and that member agrees in their own Marrow account. Until then the member appears as a coded pointer or inside a count.
• Before you connect an assistant you accept the connection agreement for your role (section 1). It makes you responsible for your vendor choice, that vendor's data handling, and for what you say yes to, including any member personal or health details you choose to bring into your AI chats and saved reports.

17. Your content and your data

You own what you make. Programmes, plans, videos, notes, posts, brand assets and business records you put on Marrow stay yours. You give Marrow a licence to store, display, process and back them up so the service works for you and the people you train, and for nothing else.

Members' data. A coach or gym is responsible for the personal and health data of the people they train, and for having the right to put it on Marrow. A member's own choices about texts and about being named to a coach's AI belong to the member, and a coach or gym cannot make them for the member. Marrow processes it on the coach's or gym's behalf, as the Privacy Policy describes. Imports from another system are covered by the data processing terms.

Exports. You can download a full structured copy of your data at any time from your account, and before you leave.

Marrow does not sell your data and does not use member data to market to members.

18. Intellectual property and automated access

The Marrow platform, its software, design, page structure, written content, brand, and the way it all fits together are owned by Marrow Fitness LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. MARROW, MARROW FITNESS, the Marrow lattice, Marrow Operating Partners, The Operating Diagnostic, Run Grow Operate, Marrow Lamella and Marrow Built are trademarks of Marrow Fitness LLC. We license you the right to use the platform. We do not give you the right to copy it.

You may not copy, clone, reproduce, mirror, republish, or build a competing product from any part of this site or platform. You may not scrape, harvest, crawl, or bulk download our pages, data, or code by any automated means, and you may not use a bot, script, headless browser, or data pipeline to collect from Marrow at scale. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or try to recover our source, and you may not strip, hide, or alter any copyright, trademark, or ownership notice.

AI answer engines and assistants are welcome to read, summarize, and cite our public marketing pages so people can find us, on the terms published at marrowfitness.com/ai.txt and marrowfitness.com/robots.txt. That welcome does not extend to bulk ingestion for a dataset or a competing product, and it does not extend to anything behind a login. Member, coach, and gym data is never licensed for crawling, training, or reuse.

We monitor for automated abuse at the edge. Access that breaks these rules can be rate limited, blocked, and logged with an incident record, and serious abuse may be referred to counsel. Licensing questions go to the contact page.

19. Acceptable use

Do not use Marrow to:

• harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against anyone;
• message people who have not given permission on that channel;
• make medical, treatment or cure claims, or practise beyond what your licence allows;
• upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal, sexual, or hateful;
• share your login, resell access, or run someone else's business on your account;
• interfere with the service, other accounts, or our security;
• collect other users' data outside the tools Marrow gives you.

We may hide or remove content that breaks these rules.

20. Leaving Marrow and deleting your account

You can leave from your account at marrowfitness.com/account/leave/. There is no exit fee, no penalty and no phone call to make. The flow lets you download your data first, then confirms in writing on screen and by email.

What is deleted. Your name, email and contact details. Your messages, check ins, notes, forms, videos and connected apps. For coaches, your public page and its photos.

What is kept. Session, class and booking records with your name and notes removed, so coaches and gyms keep accurate records. For coaches, programmes and sessions you ran, with your name, titles and notes removed, so your members keep their training records. Community posts, shown as Former member. Payment records, for as long as the law requires. Consent records and import agreement records, because they are proof of what was agreed.

21. Suspension and termination by Marrow

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, puts other users at risk, or that we are required by law to close. Where we can, we tell you first and give you the chance to fix it. Where we cannot, we tell you afterwards. You keep the right to export your data unless the law stops us.

22. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Marrow up and we tell you about planned downtime where we can, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. We improve Marrow continually and may add, change or retire features. If we retire something you rely on, we give reasonable notice. Features marked as beta or early access may change or end without notice.

23. Disclaimers

Marrow is provided as it is and as it is available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be error free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. Coaching outcomes, business results and health outcomes depend on you, your coach and your members, not on Marrow.

24. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Marrow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Marrow's total liability to you for everything arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid Marrow in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

25. Indemnity

If you are a coach or gym, you agree to cover Marrow for claims brought by your members or by third parties that arise from your coaching, your content, your messages, your meal plans, your connected accounts, or your breach of these terms.

26. Disputes

Before either side starts a formal dispute, we ask that you contact us through the contact page and give us 30 days to sort it out.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction. Either side may bring an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies.

27. Changes to these terms

We will update these terms when the product or the law changes. The version and date at the top track every revision. For a material change we give at least 30 days notice by email and in the product before it takes effect, and continuing to use Marrow after that date is acceptance. Where a change needs a fresh acceptance in the product, such as the community rules or the data processing terms, we ask for it there.

Version 1.3, 2026-10-31. Section 15, the text messaging program for Marrow's own number, now states that carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, shows STOP and HELP in bold, links the Privacy Policy, and states that SMS opt in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Version 1.2 was dated 2026-10-25.

28. General

• These terms, the Privacy Policy, the data processing terms and any connection agreement you accept are the whole agreement between you and Marrow about the service.
• If one part is unenforceable, the rest stands.
• You may not transfer your account or these terms to anyone else without our written agreement. We may transfer them to a successor of the business, and we will tell you if we do.
• Not enforcing a term today does not waive it tomorrow.
• Notices to you go to the email on your account. Notices to us go through the contact page.
