The one fee

8 percent of what Marrow processes.

8% platform service fee. It keeps your app, your members' programs, your trainers' tools and support running, for every client and trainer you add, with no per-seat charges.

  • What it applies toMember charges, session packs, tips, and the team fee a head coach charges. Stripe’s own card fee is separate.
  • Never on your planThe $99, $349 and $500 are prices, so the 8 percent is never charged on them.
  • Your billing or oursA gym can collect member payments through Marrow or through its own system. Through Marrow the fee comes out of each payment. On your own system Marrow bills it monthly as the platform service fee, on your active members' plan prices. Team fees and payments shared with coaches run on Marrow.
  • Your price holds 12 monthsIf we ever raise a price, you keep yours for 12 months on your current plan. Change plan and you take its current price.
  • More than one location$500 for each location, unlimited trainers at every one.
