No. You can keep billing clients however you do it now. But if you bill through Marrow, the platform handles invoicing, automated payments, refunds, and the percentage comes out cleanly. Most coaches switch within the first month.
In Studio and Teams, athletes stay with the gym. Their training history transfers to whoever picks them up. The coach keeps their reputation. The gym keeps the relationship. Nobody loses.
The base subscription gives you the platform regardless of client count. The percentage only kicks in on revenue you're actually collecting. If you have one client, Marrow takes 5 to 7% of that one client's payment. That's it.
