Your coach sets your price. Payment runs through Stripe on your coach's account. You can cancel any time from your own dashboard, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Your coach, and the app that carries the work

You are paying for your coach's programming, their attention, and the Marrow app that carries it. The amount and the schedule are set by your coach, not by Marrow. If you want to see how the platform is priced for coaches and gyms, that lives on the pricing page.

How payment runs

Securely through Stripe

Payments run securely through Stripe. Marrow never sees your full card number. Your receipt arrives by email each time a payment succeeds, so you always have a record.

How to cancel

From your own dashboard, any time

  1. Open your dashboard and go to your subscription settings.
  2. Tap Cancel my subscription and confirm.
  3. Your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until that date. No future charges run.

Cancelling does not delete your account or your training history. If you want your account or data deleted, you can request that from your settings and Marrow handles it under our privacy policy.

Updating your card

Change the card on file

Change the card we charge from your billing settings, any time. If a payment fails, we let you know and give you a window to fix it before access pauses. Nothing disappears in the meantime.

Questions about a charge Message your coach first, they set your price and know your account. If something about a charge looks wrong, use the contact form and pick "Billing or payments." A real person reads it.
