Step two

Log your first set

Tap into the workout and log your first set. Tap a number wheel for reps, tap one for load, then move to the next set. That is the whole rhythm. By the end of the session you have logged your first day, and your coach can see it.

Step three

Shoot a form video when something feels off

When a movement feels off, shoot a short form video from the set, ten to thirty seconds. Your coach watches it and replies with notes. Marrow never scores your form. Your coach does, every time.

Step four

Answer your weekly check in

Each week you answer a few quick check in questions about sleep and recovery. That is how your coach calibrates your next week. Two minutes, and your training adjusts to how your week actually went.
