Marrow uses a magic link. There is no password to remember. You ask for a link, we email it, you tap it, you are in.

Step one

Open the login page your coach sent you

Open the Marrow app, or go to the login page your coach shared. This is where you start every time. Nothing to install if you do not want to. The same link works on your phone and on a computer.

Step two

Enter the email your coach invited

Type the email address your coach used to invite you. It has to match, because that is the email tied to your training. If you are not sure which one your coach used, check your inbox for the invite from Marrow and use that address.

Step three

Open the email and tap the link

We email you a sign in link right away. Open the email, tap the link, and you are in. The link is single use and it expires, which keeps your account safe. If it has been a while, just ask for a fresh one and we send a new link.

Step four

Add the app to your home screen

So you are not fishing through email every morning, add Marrow to your home screen. Open it on your phone, tap the share button, and pick Add to Home Screen. After that it opens like any other app, one tap, straight to today's session.

If the link does not arrive Check your spam folder first. Confirm you used the same email your coach invited. Then ask for another link. Still stuck, use the contact form and pick "My account or login," and a real person will sort it out.
