Marrow is not only for strength coaches. The program builder, classes, and calendar are built to fit any discipline. Here is how it lands for your practice.

The short answer

If you coach, Marrow fits

Marrow supports anyone running paid sessions, in person or online. Yoga instructors, Pilates instructors, mobility coaches, conditioning coaches, dance instructors, martial arts coaches, breathwork and meditation teachers, and strength coaches. The platform does not assume a barbell. It assumes a coach and the people they train.

The program builder

A structure for any practice

The program builder lays out weeks and sessions. What goes inside a session is yours to define. A vinyasa sequence, a reformer flow, a breathwork progression, a mobility routine, a conditioning block. You build the session the way you teach it.

You can write notes, attach videos from your library, and set the pace. The builder gives you the frame. Your discipline fills it.

Classes

Live and On-Demand, your format

Run live classes online or at your studio. Record classes and sell them On-Demand. A 6 AM live flow, a recorded breathwork session, a beginner Pilates series. The class tools do not care about the modality. They care that you can teach it and an athlete can join it.

Your modality on your profile

Athletes find you by discipline

Set your primary modality and any secondary ones in Settings » Profile. Athletes searching the directory filter by discipline, so a student looking for yoga finds yoga, and a student looking for mobility finds mobility. Your credentials show the same way, including Yoga Alliance RYT-200, RYT-500, and PMA-CPT for Pilates.

Language

The platform speaks plainly

Marrow uses "session" for the unit of work and "class" for something you attend. It does not force lifting language onto a yoga practice or breath language onto a strength block. The surfaces stay neutral so your own coaching voice is the one the athlete hears.

One platform, every discipline A studio that runs strength, yoga, and mobility under one roof can run all of it on Marrow. The gym console rolls every modality into one view, so a multi discipline studio is not stitching tools together.
