What it costs to have it built and run.
The Operating Diagnostic is $2,500 single location or $5,000 multi-location, credited fully toward your build. Builds start at $12,000. Then we run it monthly, Care at $2,500, Partner at $4,500, or a premium intelligence layer above. Scope is set after the diagnostic.

The Operating Diagnostic.
A paid working session, $2,500 for a single location or $5,000 for multi-location, credited in full toward your build. We find the weak links in your own numbers and hand back a clear build scope.
The build, in your brand.
We build what the diagnostic surfaced, working in about twenty-one days, financed monthly, never handed to you as a lump.
You go live and we run it.
Your system goes live and we run every piece of it as your operating partner, Care from $2,500 a month, with a 10 percent share of the new and recovered money it makes you. Your members pay you directly, into your own accounts, under your own name. You see one dashboard and one bill.
What you bring: your brand files, an export of your member list from the tools you use now, and about an hour with us each week of the build. We handle the rest.
Build, Run, Share
We share the upside. We win when you win.
On top of the build and the monthly run, we take 10 percent of the new and recovered money the system makes you, never money you already had. The share means we grow when you grow.
A worked example
If the system brings in about $6,000 in new and recovered revenue in a month, our share is about $600. You keep about $5,400.
