Add them straight to the week
Schedule a one on one session with an athlete or a live class right from the calendar. Pick the time, the length, and whether it is online or in person. It lands on the week and the athlete sees it on their side.
Let athletes book themselves
An open slot is a window of time you make available for booking. Set the day, the time, and the length. The slot appears on your public page. An athlete picks it and the booking lands on your calendar, no back and forth needed.
Open as many slots as you want. Each one disappears from public view the moment an athlete claims it, so you never get double booked.
Offer a specific time to a specific athlete
A booking offer is a time you propose directly to one athlete. Useful when you want to reschedule, or when you are setting up the first session with someone new. They accept and it locks onto both calendars.
