Your app is not listed? It does not need to be. Any spreadsheet with a name and an email for each person comes across the same way.

Download your client list from your old app
Download your client list from your old app as a spreadsheet (CSV), or put it into one yourself with a header row. An Excel file works too.
Every person needs a name and an email address.
Open the walkthrough in Marrow
Sign in to Marrow. On your dashboard press Bring your clients across.
Or go straight to it: Bring your clients across.
Under Where your clients are now, pick the app you are leaving, or Any spreadsheet.
Drop the file in
Under Drop the file, drop it on the box, or press Choose a file. Upload it exactly as it downloaded. A CSV or an Excel file both work.
If Marrow cannot tell which column is which, it asks. Pick the email, the name and anything else you want, then press Read what is in this file. A column you do not pick is not imported.
Check the preview, then import
Under Read what will land, then press once, Marrow shows which column it used for each thing, and every row that will not come across, with the reason.
A column wrong? Press Change which column is which. When it looks right, press Import these people now.
Invite each client right after their last old app charge
Importing moves people, not payments. Invite each client right after their last charge on your old app. They are charged on Marrow the day they join, so there is no free gap and no double month. Or, on a monthly price, set each client's first charge date to their old billing date, 3 to 45 days out, and invite everyone at once: they add a card with nothing due today, and Marrow charges them on that date.
Under Invite the people you just imported, set a price for anyone your file did not price, or mark them Free, then press Send their invitations. Each client gets one email from you, sets a password, enters a card at your price, and is in.
As each client joins, cancel them on your old app, one by one. The importer lists each person who has joined, with the date and a Done tick, so you always know who to cancel next. Never cancel anyone on your old app first.
Anyone who paid through their phone's app store has to cancel that themselves, from their phone. Tell them to cancel it once they have joined Marrow.

What moves, and what stays behind
Moves
- Name, email, phone, date of birth, the date they joined you, what they were on, and what they pay you.
Stays behind
- Workout history. Everyone starts with a clean log on Marrow.
- Programs. You build them in Marrow, and your clients are already there to assign them to.
- Videos, messages, progress photos and body measurements. Save what you want before you close the old account.
- Cards and payments. No app hands saved cards to another one.
If something looks wrong
The result lists every row that did not come across, by the row number in your own file. Fix those lines, save, and upload again. Nobody is added twice.
Press Undo this import to remove the people it created. Anyone who was on your roster before is never touched.
Export messy, or no export at all? Download the client template, fill in first_name, last_name, email, phone, price, plan, joined and notes, and drop that in instead.
A client with no email still comes across, as a profile on your roster. Add their email later and invite them from there.
If you own a gym
Download your member list from your current system
Put your member list in a spreadsheet with one header row, or download the member report your system gives you. An Excel file works too.
Every person needs a name and an email address.
Open Bring members over
Sign in to your gym console. Open the Grow tab, find Bring members over, and press Open.
Only the gym owner can import. You need at least one coach on your roster first, because every member starts with a coach.
Upload the file
Under The system you use now pick Another system or a spreadsheet. Choose your file under Export file.
If Marrow asks which column is which, match them once and press Use these columns. Marrow remembers it for next time.
Review, then bring them over
The review shows who will be added and anyone listed twice. Nothing is added yet.
Pick the Coach these members start with, then press the button that reads Bring 42 members over, with your own count.
What your members get
Each member gets an invitation from your gym, with your gym's name, then invited you to train together. They press Accept invite and set their own password. Nobody is charged.
The Members tab shows who is on Marrow and whose invitation went out. Send invite reaches anyone who has not had one, and Resend invite sends it again.

Moves
- Members: name, email, phone, status, the date they joined, and their membership name.
Stays behind
- Dues, saved cards and billing. They stay on your current system. This import charges nobody and moves no money.
- Attendance history and signed contracts.
If something looks wrong
Nothing is added until you press the button. If the review shows a problem, fix the file and upload it again.
If it stops partway, press the button again. Anyone already brought over is not added twice.
