For coaches leaving ERA Fit

ERA Fit taught you how to sell. Marrow lets you go back to coaching.

We move your roster, your programs, your nutrition ranges, and the CRM context you built up. In 14 days, with a person on the call, not a help article. One ERA Fit export can carry a single coach or a whole gym of trainers at once.

Why coaches leave ERA Fit.

ERA Fit is a strong marketing platform. The reasons coaches move are not about marketing. They are about who owns the relationship and where the focus goes.

The platform pulls you toward selling.

"Scale to $10K to $100K per month." The whole product is built around funnels, ads, and close rate, not the coaching itself.

Thin multi coach gym infrastructure.

ERA Fit is built for the solo trainer. When a coach leaves a gym, the client relationship is not structurally tied to the facility.

No wearable signal reading.

ERA Fit does not surface which athletes need attention that day based on their recovery and readiness data.

The honest trade

Marrow is not better at marketing. It is better at coaching.

If your business runs on cold traffic, paid funnels, and a high volume sales pipeline, ERA Fit built tooling for exactly that. We are not going to pretend Marrow matches it on the marketing edge.

What Marrow gives you instead is the coaching layer ERA Fit treats as secondary. Wearable signal reading that surfaces the athlete who needs you today. A CRM that tracks the conversation, not the close rate. Multi coach gym infrastructure where the client stays with the facility when a coach moves on. Churn forecasting already in the coach dashboard. Nutrition done as principles and ranges, never a prescribed meal plan.

The migration call is where we walk this trade out loud against your actual business. If ERA Fit is the right tool for where you are, we will say so. We would rather lose the call than win it and watch your revenue drop in month two.

Moving a whole gym, not just one coach.

ERA Fit gyms run many trainers at once. Marrow's ERA Fit migration was built for that. One export from the gym admin can carry every trainer and their full book. We fan it out so each trainer lands as their own Marrow coach with their own athletes underneath them.

How the bulk transition works.

For an enterprise move, the gym hands Marrow one ERA Fit export that includes a trainer column on every client row. The importer reads that column, groups clients by trainer, and resolves each trainer to a Marrow coach the gym provisioned ahead of time. Every trainer's clients, programs, and nutrition land under the correct coach. Nothing is dropped. Anything that needs a human eye lands in a review queue for the migration concierge.

Step 1
The gym provisions its trainers as Marrow coaches during the consultation.
Step 2
The gym exports one ERA Fit file with a trainer column on every client.
Step 3
Marrow fans the export out, attributing each client and program to the right coach.

What moves to Marrow. What does not.

We tell you up front. ERA Fit informed Marrow's own data model, so the mapping is clean. We still document every gap so nothing surprises you on day 10.

What transfers

  • Your client roster. Name, email, phone, status, and join date.
  • Your programs. The full week and day structure when you provide the program export.
  • Your nutrition plans, brought over as macro ranges, never as prescribed meal plans.
  • Your CRM context. Client tags, current program, and last active date land with each athlete so you see their history on day one.
  • In a gym transition, the full trainer roster. Each trainer becomes a Marrow coach with their own athletes.

What does not transfer

  • Your funnels and CRM automation flows. Marrow is a coaching platform, not a funnel builder.
  • Payment cards. ERA Fit athletes re-authorize on Marrow via a Stripe Checkout link during the parallel run window.
  • ERA Fit hosted stock exercise videos. Marrow ships its own stock library.
  • Direct messages and chat history. No export exists. We suggest screenshots before you cancel.
  • Body stats history and progress photos.

The 14 day migration.

A parallel run window. You keep ERA Fit active while Marrow comes online for a small group first. Once we verify it works, the rest of your roster moves. For a gym, every trainer runs the same window together.

Day 0

You book a migration call.

30 minute call. We walk your ERA Fit account together and map your path. For a gym, we map the full trainer roster.

Day 1

The plan.

You receive a one page migration plan. What transfers. What does not. The exact cutover date. Founder Cohort agreement signed on the call.

Day 2

Roster and CRM import.

You export your clients, programs, and nutrition files. We import the roster with its tags and program context. For a gym, every trainer's book lands under the right coach.

Days 3 to 6

Programs reviewed.

We bring your programs over and you confirm the structure. Any exercise we cannot map automatically lands in a review queue with our best guesses.

Day 7

Parallel run begins.

You pick 3 to 5 athletes. They get a Marrow invite and a Stripe Checkout link to re-authorize their card. You watch how they engage for a week.

Days 8 to 12

Full roster invite.

Once the first group is logging on Marrow, we batch invite the rest. Marrow paces sends to avoid spam flags.

Day 13

Final notice to athletes.

You send a templated note from Marrow's communication center. Your athletes know exactly where to log workouts and where to message you.

Day 14

Cutover.

You pause your ERA Fit subscription. Migration record is marked complete. Founder Wall update goes out. You keep coaching.

Questions coaches ask.

If yours is not here, ask on the migration call. We answer in plain words.

How much does the migration cost?

Nothing extra. The white glove migration is included in the limited launch cohort. Solo coaches are $99 per month per coach, with your branded app included. The 5 percent is an opt-in transactional fee, charged only on payments Marrow processes for you. Take payments your own way and you pay no 5 percent. When Marrow processes them, the 5 percent bundles the Marrow growth and marketing team.

Will my athletes have to re-enter a card?

Yes. ERA Fit athletes paid through ERA Fit, not your Marrow account. We send your athletes a Stripe Checkout link during the parallel run window so they can re-authorize. We help you write the message that goes with it.

I run a gym with many trainers. Can you move all of us at once?

Yes. That is what the bulk path is built for. The gym exports one ERA Fit file with a trainer column on every client. Marrow groups clients by trainer and lands each trainer's book under their own Marrow coach account. We provision the trainer accounts together during the consultation.

What happens to my nutrition plans?

Your nutrition plans come over as macro ranges attached to each athlete, with the plan name preserved as a label. Marrow does not import or deliver prescribed meal plans. We do macro ranges plus food principles. You stay in charge of how strict that is.

Does the CRM context I built come with me?

The parts that matter for coaching do. Client tags, the program each client is on, their status, and their last active date all land with the athlete so you open their Marrow profile and see their history. The funnel and automation flows do not transfer. Marrow is a coaching platform, not a funnel builder.

Can I roll back if I do not like Marrow?

You keep ERA Fit active during the parallel run window. The cutover is yours to call. If something feels wrong before Day 14, we slow down. The migration is idempotent, so re running it never creates duplicates.

Go back to coaching.

30 minute call. We walk your ERA Fit account, map what moves, and tell you honestly whether Marrow is the right move for your business right now. Solo coach or whole gym, same call.
